Frequently asked questions
How will my print be shipped to me?
That depends on the paper type and size of the print - if the paper can be rolled, it will be shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube. Carrier and package types are at the printers discretion and all are given tracking numbers. If your print cannot be shipped flat, it will be rolled.
How will an original piece be shipped to me?
Originals vary by size and dimension. They cannot be rolled and must be shipped flat. Originals will be charged a flat shipping rate of $7 and will have tracking numbers and insurance for the value of the art.
I do my best to be as sustainable as possible in my studio. This means that your shipping box may be recycled cardboard or a repurposed package, as well as have reused bubble wrap or foam sheeting for protection. The work inside will still be wrapped in presentation-style packaging! Thank you for supporting sustainable practices.
Why do orders take up to three weeks to process?
The printers are located in Maryland and as you likely know, most things are taking longer than usual to be delivered. Thank you so much for your patience! If three weeks pass and you have not received your order, please contact me.
Can I have a digital file download of your work?
I currently do not sell digital copies of my work.
Do you take commissions?
Yes I do! I am currently unemployed from my full time job due to Covid-19 shutdown. So I’ve got lots of time. Please contact me for more information.
What is your return policy?
All sales of both prints and originals are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. In the event your print has arrived damaged, please contact me within two weeks of your order arrival with documentation of the damage and I will arrange for a replacement print to be sent to you, provided you cover the shipping and handling costs.
In the case of original artwork arriving damaged, please contact me immediately to get the cost recovered from insurance if possible.
What materials do you paint with?
My oil paints are a mixture of Winsor & Newton professional oil and Gamblin Artists’ Oil Colors. My watercolor paint is a mixture as well, some Winsor & Newton and Holbein. I am currently phasing out my W&N watercolor to switch to Holbein as a brand, just a personal preference. My watercolor papers are a variety of brands and finishes, to whatever I desire to paint on at the time.
I heard you are a model and performer. Can I hire you for a gig?
Yes! Please email me to discuss bookings. I do professional runway, hair show, editorial, fashion, promotional, atmosphere, and body art modeling. I also do LED and fire hoop performances and gogo dancing, as well as live art painting. I am based in Las Vegas but can travel depending on the gig. I am represented by several agencies and may utilize one of them to be booked for specific events or brands - please contact me for details. You can check out my portfolio and lookbook on my Instagram. I do not do nude or erotica.
